Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or bring your items to any Pacers Running retail location with your original proof of purchase.

  Package Your Gear

  Place your unworn or gently used items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
